Image Links, Recons, and Blessed to Be Surrounded by Beauty

August 17th, 2010
I have a hard time loading images on this blog so I am trying to attach links and see how that works. If this works out well, or if it doesn't let me know. I would love to share the visual images of some of our adventures. Though they don't do the real thing justice, I think you will get the idea of how beautiful Michigan is! Beaver On My Birthday

July 30th, 2010
Here is a link to a boat ride through the Shiawassee Flats on an incredible day. We had the rare opportunity to watch a beaver. In the old days I saw many, but now not so much. I've been Johnny Panthering for many years now and it never gets old. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_59gAcA1s0

Making Promises

July 28th, 2010
I've dreamed, wished, and pleaded all my life. Some have been achieved, granted, or fulfilled. Hard work, dedication, and tenacity have been intrumental throughout. I can never recall anything but giving thanks when I am out Johnny Panthering. For me it is a natural conduit to life's treasures. I sat out in the backyard pondering life last night. Looking back on love, life, and the pursuit of happiness. Promising to never drink again after a Team Garage party. Dreaming of being the best motorcycle racer in the world. Pleading to hold on to the love of my life. Scars, stories, and lines in my face...

Out of Touch, But In Deep

July 20th, 2010
Due to technical difficulties I haven't been able to blog lately. Not that anyone reads this stuff anyway. We certainly have had some adventures out in the Shiawassee Flats lately and I have learned a lot.
